Online poker and the number of online poker software are simply exploding. Programmers have developed lots of poker software for people to have a very comfortable online gaming experience. Most of us think that there is no harm in letting players uses most of such software. But some of the poker software that has been developed to aid in the poker playing making a better play, do lot more than what they should actually be doing. There are many things and approaches that a poker player should do to improve their overall performance in the poker games. People normally are required to play lots of tables and get in to real time playing experience over and over again. This is one of the best recommended practice methodologies; where the player develops the skill within without being dependent on external help; the next method is reading through lot of poker books, informational manuals and most of them these days are seeking help from poker coaches to play the game efficiently. These two methods of playing do not in many ways affect the skill set of the player. Poker software programs are making the absolutely a machine play rather than a human play these days. The sooner the cards are dealt, the board displays a percentage chance of winning for the hand, and it also gives a suggestion about how much amount has to be put in to betting by the player. Then when the board cards are dealt, the software suggests the winning percentage over again and it displays the next bunch of ideas for the player to choose from. Players that play with the guidance of the software are simply playing mechanical games and they are thinking less on their own. Making the trend even worse is the use of poker software like tracker and robots. This software collects the playing histories of the player and understands what possibly could be the response of a player to a particular hand and then they eventually give up a result accordingly. The need for the player to think is becoming literally not required at all. Most players are winning, but all they do is to just choose from the option give by the poker software and click the button accordingly, they make very less use of their brain. Increasing use of poker software has also caused the game to be more of a machine play than a man play. So restrictions are on the board to use some types of software; this reduces the need for a human brain to a major extent.
